Accommodation: Stay in traditional Mongolian Ger (yurt) camps and camping for double occupancy. Each Ger has a stove in the center, small table, chairs, beds with mattresses and extra blankets, and is located about 10m from the restaurant and bathroom facilities. The tour includes 7 nights at the Ger camp, 1 night in a guest Ger, and 4 nights at a guest house.

Itinerary

Day 1: White Stupa Day

We will pick you up from your hotel and head to South Gobi and to Mandal town, drive to White Stupa and see its incredible rock formations.

Day 2: Ride a Horse in Yol Canyon

Drive to Yol Canyon, visit Lammergeier Valley, walk or horse ride through the valley.

Day 3: Hiking to the Singing Sand Dune

Drive to the Singing Sand Dunes, hike or ride a camel, experience breathtaking views after a hike to the top of the dunes.

Day 4: Experience with a Nomadic Family

Visit Buyan Monk’s Meditation monastery, visit the Amaraa family, search an ancient petroglyph site full of art covering culture and tradition from the Bronze and Stone age.

Day 5: Search Discovered Fossils

Visit Bayan Zag, search for fossils and sightsee the desert, drive to the Ongi Monastery next to the Ongi River.

Day 6: Orkhon Valley

Drive to Orkhon Valley is a historically significant region located in central Mongolia, known for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty. Afterwards, we will stay in a ger camp.

Day 7: Karakorum City

Drive to Kharkhorum, an ancient Mongolian capital city, visit the Buddhist monastery Erdene Zuu, visit the Kharkhorin museum.

Day 9: Khusvgul Lake

Visit It Khusvgul Lake is the largest freshwater lake in Mongolia by volume and one of the largest in Central Asia.

Day 12: Ulaanbaatar city tour

Start the day by visiting Sukhbaatar square museum and Gandan monastery. Later, we will visit Evseg cashmere factory as well. Have farewel dinner and drop you off at your hotel.

Day 10: Khuvsul Lake

We will experience visting The Tsaatan are one of the last communities in the world to practice reindeer family a tradition that has been passed down through generations for thousands of years. Stay the night in ger camp.

Day 8: Mogod hotspring

We will stay in Mogod Hot Spring which is one of several natural hot springs in Mongolia, famous for its therapeutic properties and serene natural surroundings. Stay the night in a ger camp.

Day 11: Fly back to Ulaanbaatar

We will fly back to Ulaanbaatar from the ger camp for one hour. We will visit Chingis Statue Complex and drive to your hotel to drop off.
